The new A4 rides on a larger and lighter platform, which aids in its style as well as making it more performance oriented. Only one engine is available for 2017--a dual-clutch seven-speed automatic--which provides smooth access to all 252 horsepower. As with other new Audi models, the four rings have employed an entire suite of technology, ranging from Virtual Cockpit to Traffic Jam Assist, all of which are getting high marks.
